How do I analyze the 5 and 15 minute charts together?

Hi, I’d like to put my rules into Bloodhound, and I’m a bit stuck.
Let’s suppose I want to go long when two moving averages cross above on the 5 min chart and then ‘within 5 minutes’ on the 15 minute chart.
How would I do that? (and I only want to look at one chart.)
Thank you so much, and congrat on this great product. The coolest of cool products I’ve seen lately.

Can you provide a little more explanation of what you mean by “and then ‘within 5 minutes’ on the 15 minute chart.” What action will occur ‘within 5 minutes’? When you say ‘within 5 minutes’, is it within 5 minutes of the MA crossover on the 5 minute chart?
I’m curious, is there a significant reason why you are working on the 15min chart instead of from the 5min chart
    Thank you,
    Zac

Hi Zac, sorry for being vague.
    >> What action will occur ‘within 5 minutes’?
    - the same crossover would occur on the larger chart
    >>is it within 5 minutes of the MA crossover on the 5 minute chart?
    - yes

    for example:
    Event 1. SMA10 crossabove SMA20 on a smaller chart (5 min/5 range/5 renko, whatever)
    Event 2. SMA10 crossabove SMA20 on a larger chart (15 min/15 range/15 renko, whatever) within, say, 5 min. of Event 1 occurring
Event 3. When both conditions are met, go long on a pullback to the SMA20 on the smaller chart.

I also look forward to your MACD divergence spotting tool, that’d be really great, do you know when you’d be adding that?

    Thanks in advance!

Event 1 & 2 can can be done by using the Ind. Crossover solver on the 5 minute chart. Ninja doesn’t like to look at smaller time periods from a larger time period chart, but if you place BH on the 5 minute chart it will work fine. Backtesting the results my be missing some signals, but in real-time it will work fine.
Event 3 would be a separate standalone signal. Currently, I’m not sure how to link it to Event 1&2.
I posted an early version of my MACD Divergence ind. up on BigMikeTrading, if you would like to get a feel for it. I have an improved version that will be released as soon as I can get my indicator licensing from NinjaTrader.
    Take care,
    Zac
