Reading Third Party Indicators

BloodHound can read 3rd-party indicators, provided they expose their data using NinjaTrader's standard Plot and/or Dataseries as specified in their Help guide. We are not able to comment on any particular indicator, because we have no way of knowing how the author programmed it.

This video demonstrates various ways on how to test a 3rd-party indicator with BloodHound...

Generally speaking, if the indicator is not readable by BloodHound it is not readable by any indicator and can not be used in a strategy. You may kindly ask the indicator's developer to follow NinjaTrader's 'Best Practices for Developers', and expose the data for BloodHound. Here is a reference to NinjaTrader's 'Best Practices for Developers', see 'Expose Indicator States' at the bottom... http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/helpGuides/nt7/index.html

BloodHound has an unlimited trial period, so that you can test your indicators with BH on your computer. More information on our trial can be found here... http://www.sharkindicators.com/bloodhound/trial-info/
